A new survey reveals that Rush Limbaugh and his golden EIB microphone still reigns supreme among Republicans, while drawing extreme unfavorable ratings from Democratic voters:

GOP: 60% fav/23% unfav
DEM: 6% fav/63% unfav

Overall, Rush’s image remains largely unchanged among Republicans from the last time his image was tested on this survey in 2003.  Over the same six-year period, Rush’ image among Democrats has actually improved - going from 74% unfav in 2003 to just 63% unfav in 2009.  This doesn’t necessarily mean that those Democrats are now listening to his daily broadcast.  It just means that they don’t hate him quite as much.
