Family Research Council releases survey conducted by WRS on Marriage Amendment

FRC LogoThe Family Research Council released the results of a national survey regarding the Marriage Amendment conducted by Wilson Perkins Allen Opinion Research at a press conference and panel discussion at their DC headquarters today. WPA Vice President Tyler Harber was in attendance to answer questions about methodology and analysis.

The survey results are unmistakable: Voters are much more likely to vote for a Presidential candidate who support state marriage amendments.  Fully 58% of the electorate are in agreement, leaving only 29% to say that they would be less likely.

This data strongly suggests that even among Democrats there exists strong support for the marriage amendaments that are currently slated to appear on the ballot in three states: Arizona, California and Florida.
